Engr. Edgar D. Denosta, the Vice Governor of the Province of Antique, an alumnus of WIT’s Civil Engineering batch of 1992, and one of our Outstanding Alumni of 2023, will deliver his speech as the Commencement Speaker for the 60th Annual Commencement Exercises of Western Institute of Technology on April 19, 2024, at Ricardo T. Salas Campus, Dicen St., La Paz, Iloilo City.
