Western Institute of Technology is now a Certified Mikrotik Academy

Congratulations to Western Institute of Technology,  for it is now recognized as one of the Mikrotik Academies in the Philippines and the first Mikrotik Academy here in Western Visayas. As part of the Mikrotik Academy, WIT can then offer MikroTIK trainings and embed MikroTIK Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) Content in Networking and Electives subject on our BSIT Program.’

Mikrotīkls SIA, known internationally as Mikrotik, is a computer networking equipment manufacturing company based in Latvia. Mikrotik also produces software for data network management purposes (MikroTik.com).

The WIT can now be a Mikrotik training academy after Mr. Anrem J. Balontong, MSCS and Mr. Arnold M. Narte, MSCS were able to passed the Mikrotik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA) and Mikrotik Certified Routing Engineer (MTCRE). Mr. Balontong and Mr. Narte attended the 5 Days Mikrotik Certified Consultant Bootcamp for Professionals and Certification Exam conducted by Engr. Roy Lopez Pamitalan, the 1st Mikrotik Certified Trainer / Mikrotik Certified Academy Trainer in the Philippines of Wizmaster.
