WIT-CompE Champs Regional Computer Engineering Quiz Bowl

The WIT Computer Engineering Department, represented by 50 students, joined the Regional Computer Engineering Convention held last September 9-10, 2016 at Sarabia Manor Hotel with the theme “Interfacing Humanity and Technology”.

The convention was composed of several contests such as the CompE Quiz Bowl, the Logic Circuit Design and the Computer Programming which were participated by five schools. A total of 150 delegates were from Western Institute of Technology (WIT), University of Antique(UA), Interface College, St. Anthony College (SAC), and University of San Agustin(USA). The winners were as follows:

Quiz Bowl –

Champion:          WIT

1^st runner-up:    UA

2^nd runner-up:   SAC

Logic Circuit Design –

Champion:          UA

1^st runner-up:    WIT

2^nd runner-up:   SAC

Computer Programming –

Champion:          SAC
